Fees include exclusive private catch-and-release fly-fishing on our two spring-fed lakes. Fees do not include guide service (available by request) or tackle.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits/final payments will be refunded only if cancelled dates can be rebooked.
You may reschedule your trip at any time prior to two weeks before your arrival date without incurring any rescheduling fees. If you need to reschedule your trip that is less than two weeks away, we charge a rescheduling fee of $50/person/day. If you take advantage of our pre-season specials you must redeem your trip in the same season. Pre-season specials cannot roll over to the next season. We have brand-new Fish Cat float tubes available for rent complete with fins for just $20/day. If you plan on renting a float tube let us know when you book your trip or ask our host upon arrival. November 17th 2012 through April 14th 2013. The Lakes are open every day of the week. We schedule a rest day before each booking to ensure the best quality fishing. The lakes are not fished more than two days in a row. Full Days start at 8:30am and end at dark. Half Days start at 1pm and end at dark. Due to safety concerns, there is a two-person minimum to open the lakes on any day. We allow a maximum of five anglers per day. Please be aware that if your group has less than five anglers you may be joined by another party. We have special rates for fly club outings and fly shop clinics. We allow up to eight anglers per day for these types of trips. Please inquire. It is possible to reserve both lakes for a private group. We can arrange for catering, equipment rental, and guides to assist your group. Please view our Private Groups info sheet for more information. To insure a "quality" outdoor angling experience and because we are part of a working cattle ranch, we ask that the following rules be observed.
No "non-angling" guests.
No hunting.
No camping.
No pets.
Please limit all activities to within a 100 yard perimeter of the lakes
